John Erickson, President & CEO

John has been with Byford since 1988 and has covered many duties over the years including accounting, finance, purchasing, sales, and general management of the company. John was a minority owner and GM of Byford from 1993 until 2015, when he purchased the remainder of the business to become the current owner and CEO.

Kent Northcutt, VP Sales

Kent joined Byford Machine in 2015 after spending most of his career in the Steel business working in production, sales, and management. Kent called on Byford for many years and has been around manufacturing his entire career. He brings to us his knowledge of materials, sourcing, and customer relations.

Rachel Schmidt, Customer Service Mgr.

Rachel began her career at Byford in 1989 as our receptionist and administrative assistant. Over the years she has taken over our customer service, inside sales, and order entry. Plain and simple, Rachel takes care of our customers.

Susan Anderson, HR & AR

Susan joined us in 1998 and serves Byford as our receptionist, handles most of our HR, and also takes care of our Invoicing and AR.

Mike Wilkins, Shop Supervisor

Mike joined Byford Machine in 2014 as our Shop Supervisor. Mike has worked in manufacturing and has brought new and innovative ideas to Byford as our leader in the shop.

Mark Lehman, Quality Mgr.

Mark has extensive experience in manufacturing and quality systems. He has been our Quality Manager since 2010 and has been instrumental in ensuring that our customers’ parts are of the highest quality and that all material used meets customers’ specifications.
